1.) Do we offer short term leases? Answer: YES! We offer one, three and longer term leases. Please contact office for more details.
2.) How much is the application fee? Answer: $30 per adult. All persons over the age of eighteen must be on lease.
3.) Do the apartment homes offer assigned parking? Answer: YES! Each apartment home comes with either an assigned carport or garage. All second vehicles will require a property issued tag to park on the property.
4.) Do all apartments have washer dryer connections? Answer: YES! All apartments are equipped with full size washer dryer connections (electric only).
5.) Can I rent a refrigerator? Answer: YES! Although we do not provide refrigerators, we can assist with rentals and delivery. Washer, dryers and refrigerators installed and ready to go on the day you move - in. Please check with office for details.
6.) What utilities are residents responsible for? Answer: Residents are responsible for electric and a combination billing for water, sewer, trash (assessed monthly through American Utility Management, a utility billing service). Telephone, cable, and high speed internet are available through SBC and Cox Communications.
7.) Does the Leasing Office accept packages for Hidden Hills' residents? Answer: YES! Gladly.
8.) Where do residents walk their dogs? Answer: Many residents enjoy walking their dogs throughout the property (waste bag convenience stations are provided courtesy of Hidden Hills). In addition, we have a beautifully maintained dog park and numerous area parks located minutes away.
9.) Do the apartments come with storage? Answer: YES! All apartments come with storage closets located on the patio. Individual closets vary in size.
10.) Does Hidden Hills have laundry rooms? Answer: YES! We have three conveniently located laundry care facilities.
11.) Is the property a gated community? Answer: YES! You will be provided with an access code at time of move-in. Our gates close at approximately 7 P.M. every evening and open at 7 A.M. to provide easier access during the day.
12.) Do you provide rental furniture?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents that are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com.
